How do I create an account?
Click "Create Account" on the homepage and fill in your details. Once you've verified your email address, you're ready to create your first event.
I forgot my password – what should I do?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page.
Enter your email address, and you'll receive a link to create a new password.
How do I set up a Stripe account?
To receive payments, you'll need to create an account with Stripe.
Follow these steps:
- Go to Stripe through your TicketQ account.
- Create a new Stripe account or sign in to your existing one.
- Add your business and bank account details.
- Connect Stripe to TicketQ.
Once that's done, you can start receiving payments right away.
How do I create an event?
Go to your dashboard and click “Create Event.”
Enter details such as the event name, date, location, and ticket types, and you'll be ready to start selling tickets.
How do I create a venue?
Once you've created a venue, you can add a seating hall from the venue settings.
From here, you can configure the venue's capacity and seating arrangement, if required.
